How We Work with Nexmo

tPoint connects Nexmo's APIs in to its customer engagement platform to route telephony, inbound and outbound. For outbound telephony, the company uses several different dialling modes. These range from automated power dialling, delivering the efficiency gains that auto diallers can deliver to a group of agents in a contact centre, to click to call functionality allowing the user to dial a contact straight from the CRM record.
