Adam Culp Joins the Nexmo Developer Relations Team

Published June 24, 2019 by Adam Culp

Hi all, my name is Adam Culp, and I’m pleased to share that I have joined the Developer Relations team at Nexmo.

From my home based on the beaches of Fort Lauderdale, Florida I look forward to spreading the word, building tools, and teaching developers how to solve problems using Nexmo services.

In the past, as someone working in sales, I discovered a renewed love of technology driving me to create applications that helped take a company to leadership in their space. This led to me working full time as a developer, and eventually grew into a consulting role helping fortune 100 companies develop and modernize enterprise applications for the world. My new role at Nexmo will continue the trend of helping others create awesome things.

I am an avid runner averaging 30 miles each week, with multiple marathons and ultra-marathons under my belt, and can often be found running alongside the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beaches.

With my family I enjoy traveling and sight seeing around the world, as well as some truly epic hiking around the National Parks in the USA.

Also, in my free time I enjoy creating programming videos on Twitch and YouTube under the @Beachcasts name, and also act as organizer of the South Florida PHP User Group (SoFloPHP) and the South Florida Python User Group (SoFloPy). In addition, each year in February you can find me in Miami organizing SunshinePHP.

I look forward to meeting you all, and helping you achieve great things.
