Welcoming the Newest Developer Advocate to the Nexmo DevRel Team: Chris Guzman

Published December 05, 2016 by Chris Guzman

chris_guzman Howdy! I’m Chris and I’m excited to join the Developer Relations team at Nexmo. I’m based out of beautiful Baltimore, Maryland. Before joining Nexmo I worked on Ruby, Android, and iOS apps at Groupon.

Outside of work I focus on co-organizing the Baltimore Hackathon and Baltimore’s Google Developer Group. I’m super passionate about helping others learn to code or make things. I’m an instructor at Betamore and I recently presented about Android libraries I wish I knew when I started at 360|AnDev, Big Android BBQ, and the first ever droidcon Beijing. I’ll certainly be at other conferences in the future! You can find me on twitter @speaktochris and on Github.

My duties at Nexmo will include working on the Ruby and Java libraries, writing blog posts, creating sample projects & tutorials, and meeting developers like you at conferences!

I look forward to chatting with you online or at future conferences. Make sure you say hi!
